This listing is for a platinum ring size increase, three sizes or more larger. Pieces that are sized up more than three sizes will require a new half shank to ensure that the band is sturdy.

Jeweler services are not refundable, and any items that are altered by either our jeweler or yours are considered final sale. No refunds will be granted upon completion of jeweler services; no exceptions.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. We are unable to replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since you purchased it.
