CONDITION – Good vintage condition. Yellow gold metal has been professionally polished & cleaned. Genuine star sapphire & created rubies are securely bezel set, with some surface wear to star sapphire (abrasion). Age appropriate patina & wear remains, mainly to inside of back of band. Amazing vintage genuine star sapphire ring!
